Tutu du Monde has established a returns policy, which provides ample opportunity for our customers to spend time with our garments.

If yours is in need of returning, please respect our terms by doing so within the fifteen-day return policy. We politely stand our ground on this matter and cannot accept returns after this time.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED / EXCHANGED

Due to health reasons cosmetics, earrings, hair accessories, underwear and swimwear are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.

Tutu du Monde is unable to offer returns on sale items unless faulty or wrongly described.

Our return/exchange timeframe will be extended to 30 days during the festive season (Reverts back to 20 days on the 1st Febuary 2022)

Eligibility for return

Full priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 20 days of delivery date. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or have had labels removed will not be accepted. It is at Tutu Du Monde’s discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. The return of any damaged or soiled items will be at the expense of the customer or will be damaged out/destroyed by Tutu Du Monde.  

 

SALE

There are strictly no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final, and we are unable to make any pricing adjustments once the order has been placed.

Tutu Du Monde reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

START MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow the below steps to do so:

2. Enter your details as prompted. You will require your order number and email or post code

3. Select the item you wish to exchange. Select Exchange for a new size, follow the prompts and select your size. If your size is unavailable, you may select other product options or a credit.

4. If selecting to return your item, please follow the prompts through to the end. We would love to hear why you are selecting a return so that we can better assist you in the future.

5. Once you complete the online returns process, you will receive an email with the return label and exact instructions to return. Print off the prepaid label and affix to the return package.

Use the portal for returns or exchanges, credits, refunds (A $12 charge is applied for the return shipping label for refund requests), faulty or expecting something else orders. All updates will occur via email.

Please note: Returns with the vallue of $1,000 + will be charged a $150 handling fee.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and our 20-day Returns Policy. If you would like to change styles, please read start my return or exchange information above. You can access the portal in the link below

REFUNDS

Please note there is strictly no refunds for sale items and shipping charges are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchase method; this is subject to 20-day returns policy.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and, unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Tutu du Monde. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

FAULTY GOODS

All goods are thoroughly quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers. We expect that your goods will arrive in the condition they are intended to. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please check your items on delivery. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.  

Note: Ensure to carefully read the 'Care Instruction' attached to your garments. Tutu du Monde will not be hold responsible if the customer fails to follow care instruction.

HAND CRAFT & COLORS 

With detailed beading work at the core of our designs, each style is hand-crafted by our highly skilled, gifted & dedicated team of world-class artisans in India, using age-old traditional techniques. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in embellishments may occur which is what makes our product special and individual to each customer.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on TUTUDUMONDE.COM. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Cosmetics, earrings, hair accessories, underwear and swimwear are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Tutu du Monde garment tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. We will not accept any liability for these goods on their return.

Unidentified returns outside the 20-day policy will always be returned to the sender using our standard courier service. You will be emailed a tracking number, however, will not accept any liability for these returned goods.

Repeated Returns: all customers returns are reviewed and monitored. Excessive customer returns will be reviewed and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Tutu du Monde account.

We respectively decline any requests to alter our returns and exchanges policy.
