Tutudumonde ships worldwide and we know you can’t wait to receive your gorgeous new items so we endeavour to send out all orders within 2 - 5 business days . During sale periods there may be a delay in order processing times due to a high volume of orders.
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY TIMES
All Australian deliveries are made using DHL. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days, depending on the destination. If you are not available at the address specified when the delivery is attempted, your parcel will be returned to the DHL despatch centre and a card left with details of how to arrange a re-delivery at a time of your convenience.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
For all international deliveries, we use DHL courier service. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, provided there are no customs delays, and depending on the designated destination. If you are not available at the address specified when the delivery is attempted, a DHL missed delivery card will be left in your post box notifying you that delivery has been attempted. You will then need to call the local DHL number listed on the card to organise re-delivery or pickup at the nearest DHL location.
CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES
Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
Ensure that your billing and shipping details are entered properly. If your delivery details are different than your billing details, tick the 'Ship to different address' and enter your delivery details. Please note that we deliver to street postal addresses (no PO boxes) worldwide.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order's journey to your door.
To help us make sure your order arrives in time, please check that:
- Your billing address matches the address shown on your card statement
- You will be available to sign for your order on receipt at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
- Your shipping address is either your billing or corporate address if you are shopping with us for the first time
- Under no circumstances can the order billing address customer name and shipment customer name be different
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.
During sale periods there may be an additional delay in order processing times therefore delivery times may vary.
Australia Post sometimes delays by 3+ days uploading the provided tracking number to their system.
Tutu Du Monde cannot guarantee any delivery time frames and is not liable for delayed shipments due to couriers or customs. All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. The receiver is responsible for these additional charges and we cannot accept a return or refund of any goods if these charges are not paid.
